i have been through 3 xboxs. I have an elite now, and I just install my games on the hard drive. The elite is going on a year old and I haven't had one problem with it. I only lean to the 360 due to friends, and I like the controller better for most games.
The only hype that I have seen for Forza is on the interwebs were as you saw NFS: Shift commercials on the tv frequently. Most of the non-sense regarding Forza has been brought about from devs talking to much and haters ha...

@orangecow: best is a matter of opinion...I had slight hitches with ME on the xbox, and l4d ran smooth as silk. Come on orange cow just admit...you hate MS/Xbox.

you must have not played it very much cause, when I played I was constantly picking up and switching out various types of armors/guns/bullet upgrades. In my opinion, the menu system was tedious and a pain after a while.
I will agree with the driving sections, but I found the gameplay/story to be pretty good especially with the creative dialogue and excellent voice acting.
If ME2 comes to the ps3, have fun ps3 owners.
