Kinda disappointed that they're charging $69.99 for the remake.
The price is shown for launch day games in the official blog. Seems that $70 games will be the new norm soon going forward.

"AAAA" tag, justification for them to start raising prices? I hope not.
People seem to think graphics make a game fun these days, their loss.
I'm confused, you're blaming Microsoft for Playstation having a online pay wall or just because Xbox has a multiplayer pay wall? If because PSN multiplayer paywall, wow that would be some messed up fanboy logic there.
I don't like the PSN pay wall but i understand the reason and if you blame anyone you blame yourself for paying it or just go play on PC. No one is making you pay them for anything you choose to or not.

I will LMAO when Microsoft's support of Epic against Apple helps Epic succeed then Epic turns on them and Sony to take them to court for the same thing. All these gamers supporting Epic will be the real losers. Epic is no different than Apple, they're just trying to knock out the top guys to take their place. Then they'll be the monopoly.
Epic doesn't care about other devs or gamers. They care about themselves and the money they can make, anyone who believe...
To me it kind of looks more like a medieval copy of Hunt: Showdown.
Hard for me to support his company when 40% is owned by Tencent who microtransactions are forced into everything they touch. Greedy mega Chinese company trying to monopolize the gaming industry and Epic is paving the way to help them.
Considering Sony already stated that the fast loading speeds of their SSD would help to eliminate multiple duplicate assets, then games should actually be smaller for next gen than current on consoles for that reason. Maybe i misunderstood but graphical assets is what takes up most room on any game and if you don't need to duplicate them to save loading times because of their extremely faster drive on next gen, doesn't that cut down on game sizes? Which gives your more drive space fo...
@kornholic
Your statement about PC is the incorrect one, there has always been plenty of healthy competition on the PC game market. Epic is just the only storefront buying and trying to monopolizing exclusives like the consoles have been doing for years. The only people that think steam was the only PC storefront around are non-PC gamers. There are lots of good PC game storefronts that compete with Steam. Now Epic came along and is using monopolizing tactics to steal Steams...
Is their real journalism anymore or just hundreds of bloggers expressing their opinions and fanboyism with little to no facts or experience in actual factual trends using real data?
What happened to just covering gaming news with unbiased facts and let the rest of us make up our own minds instead of trying to force feed people with biased opinions hoping to assist in their doomsday outcomes for whatever platform they dislike for whatever delusional blind loyal fanboy reason...
Do you have your controller's communication method setting set to "Use USB Cable"?
I tend to have random disconnects with my controller if my PS4 is set to that and it is plugged into the PS4 via USB even though it is a CUH-ZCT2 series controller that is recommended. So I keep it on "Use Bluetooth" setting for Communication Method and don't have any issues. I was happy when they added the USB communicate method hoping for faster controller respon...
Another Stadia is doomed article, yeah yeah yeah we get it, it's gonna fail. I love how the only people coming into these articles to comment always say they are not interested and couldn't care less but yet here they are commenting on it. They must care somewhat and are interested enough to post negative comments and down vote the guy above just for saying he might possibly use the service.
Reminds me of the days when the PS3 first came out and everyone on this sit...
Sorry but it doesn't matter what you say no amount of logic or common sense will ever change the thought process of the Instant Gratification Generation.
@AnubisG
Owning a disc does not mean you own the game, you're licensed to play the game no difference than if it was downloaded. You own the plastic but not the content you just have a license for the content. It's always been that way with any type of media from music to movies to games.
Since it seems most companies are starting to adopt this GaaS model lately and starting require online to even play single player portions of a game, those discs will bec...
First exclusives is not the only way to challenge Steam. What they are doing if they succeed and put steam out of business by buying up exclusives and games away from Steam and other PC digital storefronts is an anti-trust monopoly lawsuit waiting to happen. Plus they are not just challenging Steam they are also stealing business from other digital storefronts too. So Steam is not the only company losing sale to Epics monopoly tactics.
How about since the devs get more prof...
It's probably one of those EA paid influencers down voting everyone.
I hope you're right I have more digital than disc these days.
I just want to know if it's just backwards compatibility for disc versions only or can I download my PS4 digital games on the PS5 and play it there also? Hopefully it will be for both physical and digital versions of a game but more than likely just physical.
Loot boxes with random stuff that you have no idea what you will get or even get duplicates when you paid money for it is just wrong. Yes PAID loot boxes should be banned.
In F2P games I understand why micro-transactions are there. Micro-transactions for items in F2P that doesn't affect gameplay I'm ok with because I know what I'm paying for but at the same time they should be reasonably priced. In no way should buying them cost more than or even add up to more ...
The last picture, if you zoom in has what looks like a little black button. Maybe that opens the bay to the expansion slot?
