There is not "SO many" problems. and dice will fix these problems. Unlike COD games which have the same problems for months and months before the developer decides to address them. Remember the care package glitches? Those didn't go away for like 1/2 a year.... I say no thank you, to call of duty.
they usually sell a lot on the pc... but I think they really hurt themselves by not making this available on steam. It's really a stupid move on EA's part... why throw away the potential of sales just for the sake of their stupid game providing service... If I were a Dice employee, I would not be happy
the two new ones that were announced are not on the cd. Clocktower and bulletmarsh are not on the disc. the other 3 are.
*looks at combat in oblivion, then looks at the total experience in oblivion*
if they have the same game with dragons I'm game!
I refuse to download origin. My loyalties are with Gabe :)
@chazjamie I'm guessing you never tried to get the foam finger gun... That gun was fantastic fun and gave me at least another 20 hours of replay value... I beat the game 4 times
@Hellsvacancy You're crazy. Dead space 2 was fantastic in every single aspect and there is no way anybody can say it wasn't better than the first. Because it was the same style of game with better graphics, better and longer story, and more replay value. yes, I forget that DS2 was released this year, but that's because it was released in January, not because it was a bad game.
seems legit lol (sarcasm)
Sorry to hear you guys aren't liking it. I think the battlefield multiplayer is one of the best in a very long time. Given that EA servers do suck and lag spikes do occur sometimes, I don't blame this problem on the game. I think Dice has done everything in their power to make this game very good.
However,To all the people complaining about the campaign though: If Dice just shipped the game with the multiplayer component, like they used to do for older battlefield ga...
Have had no problems besides some minor campaign cinematic problems. But that's okay because the game's multiplayer mode is perfect, like all the other battlefield games. Thank you Dice! :)
I don't see why the release date matters... it's a DLC, why would anybody complain about it's release date? Maybe it's not ready yet?
This guy is just knit picking... just enjoy the game dude.... It's a great game!
lol transfer rate of data from flash format is faster than transfer rate of disk drive... lol no, you need to do research...
lol how is this any different than when cod releases their map packs which has 3 maps for 15 dollars? At least this is 4, and plus limited editions get it for free... I don't see the problem here...
you can use your 10 dollar jump drive to install the HD pack... This article is bogus...
Why does IGN always have to start these fanboy wars -_- why can't we all just agree that battlefield 3 is a great game?
I don't see how the sp in bf3 makes any difference in anybody's perception of the game... if they had released the game with no single player like the older battlefield games, nobody would be complaining. besides, the single player is not actually that bad...
@ApplEaglElephant because microsoft can't force any developer to make their games use servers.
the servers were up within 2-3 hours. It's not so bad considering how fun the multiplayer game is. Yes, I had to wait 3 hours to play, but I played for 3 hours after waiting and had a blast :)
I just got mine... Very limited quantities though, the lady in front of me tried to horde the shit out of the stock -_-
