Halo Reach will sell more initially and move on to 10-12 million lifetime. However GT is a much bigger franchise and with the drought now over with its first full game hitting stores (if it does), Gt5 will outsell everything in time to about 15 million units. People are starving for GT not so much for halo there has already been 2 but this one seems to be the much superior version.
