Not at all. Theres lots more reasons. Helldivers 2, people didnt read you need an account. Players review bomb everything because theyre entitled.
They've review bombed games because of an LGBTQ character, review bombed because a certain character dies in the game...the list is endless. Most of which are out of the devs control

From what I heard from a friend in the industry and apparently this is pretty well known to a lot of groups, they relied really heavily on AI in the game. The AI basically broke which would have caused the devs thousands of hours of work to rework a lot of things from scratch.
Theres also people saying the higher ups didn't want AI being used, and when they found out they went ballistic. But thats more of a conspiracy theory/rumor more than anything else Im told.
I dont think its fair to compare Starfield, a brand new IP (although a well advertised one) to the CoD franchise. The CoD franchise is valued at over 31billion dollars with almost half a billion copies sold. It has an existing cult following. Its a huge part of pop culture.
I wouldnt be surprised to see a 'massive' spike, but only time well tell I guess.
That being said, for a PC gamer i still see a lot of value in the game pass personally.
