Graphics wise probably. Performance wise no. First party games tend to have better performance and higher resolution. While 3rd party most of the time have issuses with screen tearing and frame rate drops.
That one thing I love about psn and I assume steam is the same way is that you can add the exact amount of money you need without worrying about wasted points.

I get what your saying but that reguardless of geohotz's intentions there are people who will use there hacked consoles to pirate games or cheat online. There is no way for Sony to see who is doing what with there console so to protect their business and their customers hacked consoles get banned.

I played Bleach Soul Carnival 1 & 2 for psp which was made by the same people that made this one. In those games certain character could transform into there respective forms while others you unlock there form as the story progress but you could go back to earlier stages and use those forms. For example you unlock Ichigo's bankai form you can got back and play the first stage where he first got his soul reaper powers.
