For the MS Fanboys (who I refuse to count myself amongst)... Lets get a few things straight:
1) The PS4 has more raw power than the Xbox
2) The PS4 has utilized Microsoft's failures (and, sadly, there have been quite a few) to make their PR team look *VERY* good
3) The Xbox was rushed
4) Famousmortimer, Thuway, and CBOAT really have yet to be wrong
5) While there are a ridiculous amount of puffed-chested PS4 fanboys on N4G, the site itself ...
The NSA is gonna spy on you regardless. Sony can't wave a magical "the law doesn't apply to us" wand and keep a PS Eye from being used to spy on you any more than Microsoft can.
I'm actually quite proud of Microsoft for choosing to be very transparent in their Kinect policies and taking the time to call out that it's a very real possibility.
