Al the PC Xbox360 is ,is a poor mans Mid range PC that has maxed out with Gears! and now they are trying to port all their old PC engines over to it and from it before these old engine stop being so "state of the art.".(which is soon if you see (GT5 or MGS)
As soon as Multi-core technology(lead by the PS3 ) start to Fruition its game over for these old ,PC360 engines and all the old PC technology..

That Edram you mention on the xbox360 is the main reason why it never was a true HD system it can not hold hold 720p and has so far turned your 360 into a joke and winded up being a crossplatform joke when porting to our PS3

512MB total split for PS3 and yes it is faster and more optimized and engineered for HD thanks to Cell combo.. Compared to crap ass Low def Edram on Xbox360 and slow shared ram No thanks!!
