I really doubt they will put too much money for developing games on a dying console. Just look at how bad xbone is selling at amazon, it is selling worst than ps3, WiiU. Call it bizarre, they might actually shift some resources like the $1b originally planned for xbone to xbox360. Why? They know the xbox360 is still selling games and make them profits more than xbone!!!

you know what, actually I think the Wii U may actually beat xbone. Take a look at various Amazon website across the world, in most if not all countries, Wii U is selling much better than xbone. In US, PS4 comes 4th, whereas xbone comes 87. In Germany, Italy and almost all if not all europe countries, xbone is out of the top 100.
improving the cpu can only do so much, the GPU and Ram is a lot inferior to the PS4's, there is only so much pixels the inferior Xbone's GPU can display at a time, The PS4's will always display more, and so much better graphics. it is actually larger than 40%, the GPU alone in PS4 in real life performance is a bit stronger than a R7 265 which is around 70% more powerful than the GPU in xbox one which is a bit stronger than a 7770, if you take into account of the 3 times faster RAM, double ROP, it is much more faster than the 40% you have mentioned.

Gears of War is a mediocre franchise, Killzone beats it by far. And I have played both.
