I guess its just the fact that when I see how much COD has sold and the amount of 10/10 reviews it gets, it just makes me think 'Why?'

Yeah I'm glad Kojima is involved, gives me more reason to be excited about the game, but I don't want people to think the only reason this game is great is because of Kojima.
Kojima seems to be getting alot of praise for this game even though he's hardly involved.
People seem to be forgetting that its Mercury Steam who are actually making this game and I hope they get all the credit they deserve because it looks amazing so far.
