I like this article, I am 27 so I was about 14 when the DC came out. I begged my parents for one but got a PS1 instead. My friend Jared had a DC and I must say, that system was ahead of it's time. So was the PSP and so is the Vita, the problem on the Western side is many gamers pay no attention to innovation of the hardware. Just give them Call of Duty or some sports game and they are set.
I am actually getting tired of games of the same name like Madden and Resistance being compared to the console version. It's a portable system, just because the Vita is powerful does not mean that all games should be compared to consoles. It's still a PORTABLE SYSTEM. Do the compare DS games to Wii games no...because graphically they are not close.
The PSP had this problem for some reason as well same thing...why would you base an opinion on the PSP version of Assassi...
Is all of this really happening Sony releasing a meaningful update for the Vita?? And early too. Maybe they aren't giving up too quickly. I dare say that If some killer games come, the Vita could go down as the most intuitive portable gaming system ever so far.

It's just a demo, and even with all of the kinks in the demo i'm still buying it. So many nitpickers, that demo was more FUN to play than any PSP version of Madden that I picked up. People need to remember that the Vita is still new hardware and that there will be some flaws here and there. Stop complaining people, because i'm sure if EA gets enough shit they will push the Vita version back.

I was so mad when i wasted my money on RBS, I ended up in a hole and was unable to get Gravity Rush -_-, That's okay i'll be picking up Gravity Rush along with Madden 13 on the 31st. Keep the faith Vita owners greatness will come to this system, Cheers!
Okay I read the article, some of the gripes are not legit. I have had no problems with the call your shots feature. I comes down to if you know how to use your touchscreen. 1 more week!!

I liked the demo, I never bought a Madden game for PSP because they all sucked. I'm the full game will be ready for action on the 28th. i will surely be picking up a copy.

This is one of the main things that pissed me off about the Vita when I got it. I knew that memory card space would be an issue for me so I opted to NOT download full games. I have one memory card(4GB for music and my apps) and another 4GB for a few PSP games NO MUSIC NO VIDEOS....of course this will change on the 31st when I pick up Madden and either buy a 16GB or 32GB(i'm leaning toward the 32GB so I won't have to buy another mc for a while
Isn't this what us Vita owners want?? Something new?? Not to mention the old Dante just appeared in UMVC3.
I know that I won't be blowing $50 on that game.
i like touchscreen controls, have any of you played the Madden demo yet? imo touchscreen controls sell that game. Options are not a bad thing.
How old are you 12?? After you beat those games you go on sites like this and say consoles don't make enough games. That's some Xbox stuff get that out of here.
I agree with Hicken....we Sony system owners do not buy a system for one game. Yes that COD trailer looked terrible. But by any means does that mean the Vita was a waste. It's a successor all successors have bumps along the way in their new campaigns
No health mode, and here is why the strategy of killing your opponents with supers adds a timing element to it. Adding a health mode will just make it another fighting game and people will be able to call it a SB clone, Supers only killing has set it apart from other fighting games. You want health go play every other fighting game in existence.
