... no wonder they can't confirm release date yet, the guys are taking their time. and if i remember correctly.. that helped quite a bit last time.
I am fan from the beginning, and i can completely agree with him,
they didn't need to make the changes inorder for it to become a big hit... they just needed to improve the already excisting features...
i still miss the old days where you had to really think hard on what weapons to save ammo for and soforth... todays RE, it seems you can just run and gun your way through things and then finish the game with no tactics whatsoever...

1080i native, hmm, should i go play on my Plasma or LCD?
i mean the plasma outputs a 1080i signal and if it's pure 1080i signal then it's gorgeous. And on my Sony 1080p LCD, it doesn't output 1080i signals very well... if it's upscaled to 1080p then i would surely play it on the sony LCD...

agreed, Sony knows the gaming business well better than MS,
they know that now is not the time to spend on things that make little difference anyways.
that's not to say they have abbandoned marketing, you can still find coolest ads out there by Sony, just look at their latest lineup for the holidays... those ads alone are somethings MS wont top.
