Microsoft did a smart move by catching Activision with the deal.
Sony now also made a smart move by catching Ubisoft with this deal.
Even though i'd like the vision of Multiplats having EQUAL ammount of coverage for both versions, because the games are called MULTIPLATFORM for a reason, i think that if someone starts off with the bull.. the other one better respond before they get shafted even more.

Yeah, but the ad didn't really mention the PS3 giveaway in a good way.
But even weird marketing is marketing, so i guess as long as there is a slowmo footage of a PS3 in the ad people will know what it's about.
Nearly a month after release, yep... I've been playing a broken Manager Mode and gotten kicked out of the servers hundreds of times, for over 3 weeks.
Even though it's nice that the patch is on PSN now, i think devs such as them with alot of experience in the industry should've been more prepared. The same excact issues as Fifa 09 but still they didn't care.
I guess, EA as a publisher means that they'll release the game no matter what state it's in. Not a good sign ...

@bmw... True. So i should say something that reffers to MW2... Preorders for that game are no surprise really, and seeing how 360 version preorders outdo the PS3 version by 3:1 isn't surprising either.
This is something i already knew from the beginning, majority of 360 owners in US are hardcore shooter fans. That and Activision/infinity ward are having exclusive deals with microsoft so they portray the game as if it's a 360 exclusive. I've yet to find a single video, article, interview...

If they released L4D2 as DLC instead of full game retail price, i think it would be more welcomed by fans. Is there anyone in here who knows why they didn't choose that route, apart from the obvious reason that is "slurping in the fans money"?
I don't think PS3 is kid friendly from a hardware standpoint and a presentation standpoint. Not at all. The xbox 360 looks like it's more mainstream designed. The controller looks alot more "kid friendly" and the simplicity of the menu is also more "kid friendly". The PS3 menu is all about hardcore tech guy stuff. For me it's better but it's not "kid friendly" imo.
But if we are talking about games, then both 360 and PS3 have great games for kids. Sl...
