My 360 won't be playing this game anytime soon... It gave me the red ring of death this morning. Bioshock was one of the three games that I bought my 360 for, and now I will be waiting longer to play it. The customer service lady told me that it would be about a 3-4 week turn around, after I receive my xbox's coffin.
The weird part is that I have owned and played my PS3 longer than my xbox 360. I guess there is something to be said for superior engineering... I guess I don't ge...

I personally wish I could own both systems...alas, I am in college and expendable cash is rather tight (360 was a gift). The 360 is getting outsold by the Wii nearly 29:1. A good news story would have mentioned this, as the next gen console war is 360 vs Wii vs PS3. However, this was posted by, who else, theMart. The numbers are definitely not impressive from the PS3 either, but they are certainly better than the 360! 7:1 or 29:1 you do the math....

BUT the graphics are definitely not amazing. Its Beta, I get it, so I will wait for the final build to pass final judgment. I hate the halo campaigns...is it bad that I thought the story sucked? (it is decent for a FPS, just not that impressive) IDK...But I do know that I love Halo 2 on XBL, and I am sure the same will be true for Halo 3.
And best buy also charges $70-100 for HDMI cables, when anyone who knows anything about HDMI knows that you can buy one from an online retailer MUCH cheaper. Not to mention the fact that a $70 HDMI cable from best buy can be had with an employee discount for $6....
My point is, Best Buy also overcharges their customers. So the Drive is NOT really that expensive....
The drive is a Fujitsu MHW2120BH, which is the internal version. I also find your defense of the anti-hacking software quite laughable. Include the argument for the price of the case and connector in the laughable category.

Who, by the way, love to watch Blue-ray movies in my dorm room with me on my PS3...yeah, it might not have the best games, but it provides me with enough oppurtunity to get play in every sense of the word.

As far as the comparison, who cares. It's so close that if you haven't played it on PC or 360 you will never notice any difference, and you will still get to experience the game.

Did you not see that all DJ said was that comparison was worthless until they were both retail builds of the games. He even went so far as to say, "This was obviously just a ploy to put down the 360." Did you forget that the 360 is getting some graphical enhancements? Although no one is sure exactly how they will compare.
Again, don't forget that although the 360 version was released a year ago, they also were in development of the game way before the PS3 version was even anounced, sure they used some of the stuff from the PC/360, but we all know that the code had to be optimized, and we have no idea how intensive a successful port actually is as far as time commitment is concern...

Of course it doesn't justify a purchase if you already own it for the 360 or the PC. It's the same game! Just moderately improved from the 360 version in the fact that there will be less framerate and loading issues. I must admit this is one of the more intelligent comments from theMart, and that makes me wonder...

Sure, it still adds up, im not sure what the costs are in pounds for a year of XBL, but if we are to compare prices, one of the constant gripes about the PS3, XBL still costs something.
