Robert Bowling said that they are focusing mostly on gun-on-gun gameplay. Maybe they'll actually balance it?
The game isn't finished yet, so maybe we'll see some of those weapons. Then again if it's up to Activision, you can buy each for $5.

Yes, the huge game sizes will limit piracy, which is a good thing, but other things have to be factored in as well:
With the Xbox 360 you have to open the console, remove the warranty sticker and flash the DVD-drive, which obviously voids the warranty. The PS3 other hand needs a USB stick with the correct files, which is rather easy for anyone to do.
And then you would go to jail ...
You can't assume that every pirate would buy a movie, music, game, etc. just because he/she couldn't pirate things anymore.

The gameplay was heavily scripted at some points, but I'm guessing it was for the sake of the demonstration. Still buying it day one, though.
