The digital prices have been so low, Gamestop and other retailers cant compete. Everytime there is a sale I find myself trading in my physical games to buy them digitally. Just did it yesterday with Last Guardian and Persona 5. Digital P5 is $13.99 right now, and Last Guardian is $9.99

Digital is king. No disc swapping, and me and my kids can all play the same game across multiple systems for the price of one.

NOPE. They have a perfectly working emulator that runs a virtual session on a server and streams to your console. Anyone arguing Sony isnt doing this because they cant, is an idiot. They already do it, and this way... they make alot more money.

I disagree. The PS4 will remain the cheaper option to play your games. The PS5 will be the premium.
PS4 Slim should be $199 now and Pro $299 there is no excuse. We’re 6 years into the cycle. I know a phone from 6 years ago isn’t selling at original MSRP
Got Odyssey and Origins bundled for $29 on PSN with the sale that ended today. No doubt still a great price.
