i would have liked a hint of new console as well, but meh. I am pretty happy with some of what came about, but disappointed in the absence of others.
I am looking forward to the Nintendo conference the most I think just because it has new hardware to show off :)

it was a good conference, not the best, and certainly not having the amount of games we would like. To call it a waste is crap. There were many things of merit in there. Also, I just don't get the "we won E3" mentality. What is won? A cookie?

It is a poll of the members of the site. We had the question up for a short time just to get a feel for what our readers are citing as reasons for NOT getting the device yet.
It isn't BS... as info gleaned from this, a site of hardcore Sony people, is pretty telling. A lot of people are waiting for a price drop.
The article is a summation of the question posed to PSU.com's readers and members. It is not indicative of the general populace. 30% of OUR members have bought or won the device. The articles intent was to find out why more haven't bought it. It isn't mean to be negative spin, or trashing the system. We are a PS site after all. It was a simple editorial about what is preventing our members from taking the plunge.
definitely a good proposed lineup, but a ton of sequels. I would hope there are some new IP's in the pipes as well!

You do know that is the same argument that the 360 camp had for Bioshock? It is NEVER coming to PS3... it is 360 ONLY... Now lookie what is coming?
Point is, no one here, fanboy or not can be 100% sure a game will not go multiplat. In the end, it is about money, not whether or not you or anyone else will cry if the game hits other systems.

It is a PC branded game that achieved some fame on the PS2.
GTA has never been a console exclusive, so there are plenty of people out there who don't care what console it is on just which can they get for the cheapest price.
I honestly believe we will see a large increase in 360 sales as well as PS3.

the 360 GPU is capable of somethings the DX10 gpus are not, and vice versa.
