Its a valid question. We haven't seen a large open world RPG set in a fantasy universe in years and Bethesda still hasn't announced anything about a new Elder Scrolls game. Furthermore, Ken Rolston (lead designer of Morrowind and Oblivion) is now working on Reckoning. Do we need more information to answer this question? of course!! But is there a reason to believe the hype? Definitely!!
