i've played it long ago (i am a european), and i wouldnt call myself a Wii Fan, in fact i hated on the machine and its crappy games for a long time, but (While Xenoblade is technically superior in most ways) the last story is never ever a 4 out of 10.

well there are a huge lot of games like this that dont get localized. I cant even count 'em all right now, and that's kinda sad for all the fans, but i cant blame them for not doing so, since the amount of people buying those games will probably not add up
Today's gaming is more grown up than everything you see on TV and/or in Cinema's these days, so no - games need, if anything, a little change towards mainstream appeal, but the foolish gender that are men (myself included, of course) are pretty happy about a cheap shot or two.
and the experienced female gamer would never criticise a game like lollipop chainsaw for what it is, but rather embrace it for not beeing a game about a princess beeing rescued by some fat prick

I for one URGE for a HD Zelda, because, for some reason, TP and SS looked just.. awful to me, both in terms of worsened gameplay (OoT set a bar, and i think the adjustments made to this amazing systems are often for the worse, not to say that its generally bad)and graphics. maybe i am just weird, but i am using my thumb to call a mate with my phone. i also browse through my images like that. pretty convenient to use just one hand.
i for one also liked the hell out of this game. the Scope and the Dungeonrecycling are a bad thing, and something that should be mentioned, but yeah - i agree with the fact that DA2 is a very good title.
yeah, plus people will cry over this game not looking as shiny as Battlefield 3, totally ignoring the fact that this is a goddamn PORT (which is what they asked for and should be happy about, imo) of a Game, that was released a Year ago on pretty old hardware.

i also played CoD for a couple of Months, while purchasing other games.
BUT, i really do click on Profiles often to see (as silly as it sounds) how many trophies the random Guys that play in my teams have owned, and from the newb to the pro, i've seen countless fella's who really only touched CoD and maybe 1-2 other games.
And i also know people in person who only play Call of Duty, and just veeeery rarely, one or two other games that catch their at...
i am a jrpg player, and i simply dont care. if men are stupid enough to purchase a Game JUST because of a big pair of double D's, bad for them. i think the majority of us isnt turning the brain off once a pixel-chick with nice legs pops up.
For some weird reason, Vesperia's TFS was released in Germany shortly after Japan, so we had it for like an eternity, but i bought it, and here's what i think of it:
Fan Service. The movie is well made, but its very slow-paced, and the main focus really is the World of Vesperia, so if you are a fan of the game, you'll definetly enjoy the movie, but if you never played this great RPG, the Movie will make you wonder what is supposed to be any special about it.
I think high Demand for Sony's Console was to expect, since the 2 Games + Console Bundle for 200$ was a heck of a Deal. but i dont think that this'll be enough to top the charts, 360's Kinect + Console Bundle was a big thing too, and i think in the end both will have done great for Black Friday, but with 360 still beeing ahead overall. (I want Black Friday in Europe too!<.<)
imo the only survival horror game in the last years was dark souls. when you see an enemy and youre low on health, you run as fuck. (Oh and some Indiegames like Amnesia, or, heck, even Slender)
