Well that's EA. they will abuse it to no end but I see where you are coming from. I don't not like microtransactions at all and very surprised Sony did this. Its not like GT doesn't sell tons of copies anyway.
In forza 5 to get the LaFerrari you damn near have to spend 400 hours playing the game just to unlock. I think Turn 10 did this in purpose and then charge $150 for the car.
i still don't like this. I criticized Turn 10 for doing this as well. One positive note I can take away is that GT6 is a complete game unlike Forza 5.
