My only complaint with the patch was the "update to play with network features" reminder popping up every 2 minutes.
I'm honestly surprised at how quickly Platinum difficulty was added to MEA, especially in comparison to how long it took to get it in ME3.
I know I have a few friends who can't play many or even watch many of the games they would like to because of motion sickness. My mom falls into that boat, too, in the rare occasions she sits and games with me.
I can honestly say I never experienced it myself until I played Far Cry 3 for the first time. The radio towers were absolutely horrendous for me, and the same effect happened in 4.
It's really easy to fall into the trap of comparing every game within a genre to whichever one you deem to be the best. Definitely an interesting take on this!
I feel like this is a Destiny-like game for people who got burned by Destiny and never went back. Similarly, it's also a chance for a more rpg style game with similar styles.
It's just... mind-blowing that Nintendo is becoming notorious for losing themselves money by not making enough of a product, or just stopping production all-together. Kind of reminds me of the Pokemon Go Plus fiasco.
Nintendo just needs to figure out the best way to get their games out there. Plus, PSP usually knows what he's talking about.
Still, they could have at least tried to distance themselves from Nate a bit more. Different animations are a necessity when you have a different model to render, but different weapons, mechanics, and features would further set her apart. You can still have an true-to-franchise game while having a completely different character.
If they stick with more RPG elements (like they said they would), it could really help the game be something unique and fun in the franchise. I might actually buy this one.
Interesting (and disappointing) that they kept Chloe's gameplay similar to Nate's. You'd think they'd want to give their female protag something unique, instead of having her just act like a different skin for Nathan Drake.
If you still consider them to be good games, are they really "ruined" by bad graphics? On the same token, it doesn't exactly seem fair to deem a game as ugly when you are comparing an original version for an old console to the newer versions. Having modern-based graphical expectations is going to lead you to be let down when playing older games; you shouldn't blame the game for your bias.
It says that in the article, if you'd read it.
Seems like the devil is in the details. Hopefully the issues are just a matter of continuity and not trying to dupe people.
It could be an interesting service, but time will tell.
