You forget that cloud computing isn't exclusive to the Xbox One platform. It's been used for a long time on PC, and it will be implemented into PS4 (first instance is PSNow, an emulation service entirely over the cloud).
Journey isn't first party, but I'll add Gran Turismo in its stead. ;) Thank goodness Shu saved them all. First party studios have made my favorite games of the last generation.
I guess it all depends on your definition of photo realism. Personally, I don't think even big budget films have reached photorealism with their CG, and they have farms of rendering machines. You can almost always pick out CG from real footage.
You should look at the literal content of the comment instead of injecting non-existent debate. I never mentioned anything about it being logical to assume it is coming along nicely (no one honestly knows). I only mentioned that it is illogical to eliminate the game from the possibility of being an exceptional title merely because it was delayed.
What if returning to the drawing board results in an amazing game? Your preclusion is illogical.

Hmm. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. A two fold performance gain seems highly unlikely.
