Looks like it plays the same as Wii FPS games.
The comments here killed the good feelings that intro gave me.
"You WILL buy this magazine."
Sounds like Jedi talk to me.
I guess it looks a bit better...
I think the vibrant colors in the KZ3 screenshots are what make the game more visually appealing, compared to KZ2 which is drab and grainy.
In-game though, the difference is less noticeable (from what I've played).
Actually, my friend beat the Tower Knight. They got through 1-1 & 1-2, and they just stopped playing.
I tried to be as encouraging as possible - giving them advice here and there, alerting them to any hidden dangers, and even offered to play with them as a Blue Phantom, but it was no use.
And it sounds like you enjoyed the game. I know I did! :D
I love this game's style so far, as I did Demon's Souls. It just does it for me. :)
I expect the game to be difficult just like the first. But the difficulty is a bit of a turnoff for some peeps. Got this game for a friend as a Christmas gift, and found out that they traded it in a few days ago (they said it was too hard). :(
But oooh well. I'm looking forward to this.
I find this situation and Major Nelson's comment more amusing than any Kevin Butler commercial. They're funny, but this actually made me laugh. :D
***comment directed at the different score***
I don't know if that's really a good reason to have a different score... I mean, the score should reflect the merits of Dead Space 2 and nothing else.
I get that a better score could be awarded because the PS3 version is the better 'package', but not a better version of Dead Space 2. It's a bit misleading.
Anyways >.>, uh, getting the collector's edition today in the ...
Criticize and belittle them, that'll prove 'em wrong. It works every time! :) *thumbs up* /s
I agree with Godem, though I wouldn't call the controls lousy, just different. Hopefully any changes to the game-play only improve upon the experience, though I'll have to wait and see since I'm not in the beta.
Killzone 2 is why I bought my PS3, and I can't wait for Killzone 3. :D
That is perhaps one of the most deranged comments I've seen recently.
Maybe if you were actually headed towards being somewhat "classy, mature, and intelligent" than I would agree. Sony is respectable, but you most certainly are not.
The only time I'll ever be saying, "Sony Gamers Lead the Way" is when you're headed towards a cliff. If only that would ever happen. Sony deserves better, but you don't agree.
Bubs for the funny comment.
Funny stuff right there.
What do they expect when all they release is shit.
Hopefully it goes to waste.
On the other hand, I'm glad Sony gives me so much for free, though.
God bless those darling people.
I think he or anyone getting the game would rather it be completed when they buy it. Not after.
