The Wii one because they caught the casuals in a big way. Theres more shovelware on that system then both 360 and ps3 though so as far as a hardcore gaming experience, just like every nintendo generation its basically only found in Nintendos first party. As for the power of the ps3 vs 360, yes the ps3 is a better console then the 360 as far as computing and graphics goes. This is evident in games like Uncharted or TLOU but this next generation is actually a lot bigger of a difference in terms...
Except, it wasn't. Killzone Shadowfall looked better than Ryse. But in all reality we should wait a few more months to judge these games graphically because the full development kits haven't even been given out yet on either platform.
Remember, X1 developers only have access to 5 Gbs of DDR3 whilst PS4 developers have access to 7GB of GDDR5. Will multiplatform games look similar? On paper PS4 has an advantage on everything but we shall see. As far as exclusives go however... inFamous SS and KZ SF look unparralleled and they are launch window games!
@omi25p Of course you are a troll. The latest PS3 Game on your list was released in June of 2011. What self respecting PS3 Gamer hasn't picked up n played ANY of the over +20 Quality Exclusive Games released on the system. Seriously???
I would expect a $50 USD price tag for this game, just based on the fact of it being a first party game and it is one of their flagship franchises
If by codes, u mean cheat codes, then yes
I would compare them, but I can't. GTA IV was pretty early in the console cycle and they arent even really going for the same thing. Theres a lot more hussle n bussle in a GTA game in the world versus an rpg where u will mostly see monsters n some towns here n there to sparce with the sidequests, 2 very different feels
Sure The Last of Us isnt open world, however from what Ive seen, its not entirely linear akin to U3. But I guess in the sense of open RPGs, I guess it does sit pretty close or at FFVSXIII
It looks good! But no, this is still not close to The Last of Us or Uncharted or GOW, Im sorry
Wow, its like a more intense No More Heroes kind of game. Looks pretty fun!
Old Dante, for pure nostalgic purposes. However, New Dante does have his own thing going for him which is hes cocky as hell(ya see what I did der).
I am half n half with your statement. Heres my 2 cents, the power on the PS3 was a double edged sword. BUT not as bad or as long as u have stated. $600 was an outrageous price, everyone can agree with that. But the tech it brought with it was invaluable at the the time, what with blu ray, bt, backwards compatibility n so forth. But really, while from a biz standpoint sure, they got owned by the PS2 . But really they didnt do bad at all. PS3 still comes in second for this generation, even now ...
You basically just said exactly the same thing as me, just w/o the word "hater"
As is life, there will always be haters
Ya mate, this is a 3rd prequel
@irepbtown, there is a system in place where u can deactivate ALL accts. Disclaimer is once every 6 months, but its effective as my 40gb just died and my friend is gamesharing with me so I was basically screwed had there not been that option
The Last of Us is kind of like GOW 2 releasing when the ps3 came out, epic game that will still sell well way into ps4s launch. On a side note...R*, whatever happened to the most untalked about game of all time, AGENT???
Destination PlayStation...
I don't know guys, could be just another placeholder. Last tuesday of Q1 is a suspicious date and I believe the same date as Take Two and Irrational Games Bioshock Infinite. Just some food for thought though, hopefully I'm totally wrong!
Can't speak for Microsoft but for Sony, their full development kits are just now going to be shipped this month. So yes, games like kz and inFamous have not even been running on their fullest pitential devkits yet so yea guys we should like chillax and wait to judge until at least a few more months
