Why all the hate? Because the game feels and looks the same every year. Every Call of Duty game after Call of Duty 4 looks like nothing more than a mod or an expansion. New character skins, a few new weapons and maps. That's it. I feel like i'm playing the same game every year.
Well not any more. I refuse to buy another Call of Duty game.
I smell another dumbed down console BF port. Much like Modern Combat. We [console gamers] aren't asking for the best graphics and 64 players but we don't want a port.
I can currently run BC2 on PC at max settings and get 60+ FPS but i just can't afford to upgrade my PC again for BF3. I refuse to do it. GTX580 cost $500. I could buy $500 worth of video games for my console knowing i'll be able to run them... :/
I currently use the X11's and they are the best bang for the buck. Superb sound. Can't wait to play BF3 using these suckers! :D

The Engine Infinity Ward/Treyarch uses for Call of Duty isn't their engine. It's ID Softwares engine. Infinity Ward and TA are just licenced to use their [ID's engine].
For those who don't know what engine they are using, it's a heavily modified version of the QUAKE engine. I'd say it's out of date. I'm probably going to be flamed for this, but i think the new Unreal Engine would even be better than the current (and out dated) engine they are u...

I got this controller when they first came out. AMAZING. Even the thumb sticks have been slightly improved. Highly recommend this controller. Especially if you use the d-pad on fighting games. :D

As a 360 owner i'v been wanting Kinect for a while however there is one issue. SPACE. You need 8" for two players and a minimum of 6" to play by yourself.
In other words you need a massive play area. People who live in Dorms and apartments can't enjoy Kinect due to how much space is required to play games with it.
It's a deal breaker. My living room is pretty big and JUST barely manages 8" from my TV to the EDGE OF MY COUCH.
This sucks. No wonder my card wasn't working on the Ea forums.
