PC been doing more then 16 MP for ages. 64 Player is the norm on PC.
Also there is a PC game by SONY ONLINE ENTERTAINMENT which can take up to 1000 players battle LAG FREE ON DAIL UP.
I would like to point out that on PC 64 players online game exsists (Battlefield) with no lag.
I also would like to point out that SONY ONLINE ENTERTAINMENT had a game named PlanetSide which handled 1000 enemies in 1 area without lag during the time where only dail-up exsisted. I remember playing that game on 56kps Dail up.
So 60 players online is quite possible.
years ago PC did 64 players online. It is possible on Consoles if developers are good.

i DON'T have X360 and I lost nothing. I can run most X360 excluvises which are over rated on PC.
I played both.
Ryu is slow and has lack of style near Shinobi.
Also Ryu = repetitive combo to pass all game even on hardest difficulty.
