Honestly, I started to be burnt out on COD games, I still play Black Ops though, but I can't wait to play Homefront.
It is sad. And, I'm sure in the end, he'll get more donations than many charities. I hope I'm wrong, though.

I agree with you, the PS3 has still a lot to give, but eventually (2-3 years down the road) PS4 will be released, and the NGP won't replace home consoles.
But, as I wrote in the article, Sony is an international company, and it should look at the bigger picture not just one country.

I have 2 PS3s, a slim one in the living room, and an old 40GB or 60GB that won't read discs in the bedroom. I use the fat one to play PSN games and watch Netflix.

You don't wanna miss out on this year's PS3 exclusives. If you buy a video card, you might regret it down the line because when an old PS3 start to act up, it's usually a bad sign.

I don't think backwards compatibility is coming back any time soon. HD remakes is the new trend.
