DICE did address many problems, but the biggest one they left out. Mic issues have to be fixed.
If you're talking about the spawning system then yeah that needs a lot of work.
Paying $15 for 5 maps of which 3 are remade is definitely not fair. They should charge $7 tops for all five.
Also they have to address lag in order for MW3 to really shine.

CoD4 is, to this day, unplayable on the 360. I tried playing it right before MW3 came out to get myself in the mood, and I was really disappointed.
I can't wait for this game to come out. I missed out on War Hawk, so I'm definitely getting this one.

We can only hope. May be DICE should try and convince Sony and Microsoft to speed up the certification process specially we have already waited this long.

I'm happy to see both BF3 and MW3 being patched with multiple updates, but I just wish for the next iterations in both franchises to have better games right out of the gate. Specially, MW3 is having a lot of problems.
Campers can have success in the first minute or so, but then good players will know where campers are.
Before they work on balance issues, they should iron out the voice chat problems on the PS3. Or, at least acknowledge that fact that they're working on VOIP.
