The article in itself may be titled Kinection Failed, but that is not the point of this article. The statement being made, is how the launch of Kinect is not aimed at the gamers who've already made the Xbox 360 a success.
The launch of Kinect for consumers is disappointing to some of us who've been strong supporters of the Xbox 360 brand.
The article isn't about MS abandoning gamers at all. It's about how MS could be hurting it's earning potential of Kinect by only focusing on the consumer market at launch.
@adrela; Wow! Someone read the article! I apparently wasn't direct enough in my conclusion. I love the idea of Kinect, and I do have faith that MS will come through with games targeted at the non-casual gamer market. Hence the "yet," that practically concludes the column.
