Yeah it runs on a dated but slightly modified quake 3 engine I think thats the problem.

Fillion is a way better choice than Wahlberg. They need to cast little known actors rather than big time actors like Walhberg, I'm not saying Fillion isn't well known its just he hasn't been in a big movie as a leading man. Walhberg has like the total opposite personality of Nathan Drake.
They need to stop giving roles to well known actors and let others have a chance.

It's bad because the originality in movies is gone thats why theres a hell of a lot of remakes these days. Atleast back in the 80s and before then when they remade movies they put alot of effort into them e.g Scarface.
Today all hollywood does is remake classics for a quick buck with little to no effort. I do admire those who direct original movies though.

I love the source engine, the graphics are still superb considering its kinda dated. It's also got great detail like in L4D, the character models look very realistic and detailed from the facial animations to how they move. It's good to see its still going strong not to mention the source engine runs very smooth maxed out on mid end hardware. Definately one of the best game engines ever made.
