Sweeney- Gears of War runs natively at 1280x720p without multisampling. MSAA performance doesn't scale well to next-generation deferred rendering techniques, which UE3 uses extensively for shadowing, particle systems, and fog.

It`s like a showcase for PS3 - looks very awesome and very epic.

Halo is more for halo fans. Ok, MP is more funnier on Warhawk.
UT3 also will be a great game this Christmas.

mass effect - i like story, i like sci-fi, but for now i am not impressive with that game, it`s mroe for KOTOR fans. Also, for mass effect high chances to come to PC, it`s UE3.0 you know. And with so many games this year, people can wait for that game on pc.

Well, anyway, i don`t see ps3 selling better in japan till GT5 Prologue, MGS4, Tekken6, WKS DMC4, RE5 are released.
But 40k per month, is definately...
I reeally don`t know for how long ps3 with 499$ price would outsell Wii, but for now it outsells.
Also, most must play games are not yet released on ps3. :)
with a price cut by 100$.. maybe. I mean 199$ for Halo3, LO, BD, EA, PGR4 and etc. it`s not much.
but again, we don`t know how many ps3 were sold during last week yet, thnx to a 100$ price cut.
we don`t know how many x360 will sell after a price cut. We don`t know will that price cut be, because M$ are going to spend 1 bln. only on repairs.
And we don`t know how soon will ps3 80GB price cut again.
but there are some facts, with ps3 sold only ~1,5 mln. in ...
