Got mine, but just realised that I'm on holiday about a week after it starts, so I'll have to get alot of time in early.

well it might be worth checking play.com to see what that says then, the email could just have been lost in the interwebs
well mine said dispatched on saturday, but then on monday I got an email saying it had been posted. So I checked and play.com is now saying that it was posted on the 28th so I have no idea whats going on.
And yet they can't deliver mine on time, I sat there for hours staring at the letter box, and it didn't arrive.

Well they cant ban everyone who's played it, some of them will have brought it legit from stores that broke the street date, heck some of them might not even know its not yet out, they may have just walked in, seen it advertised and brought it.
But yeah those who have pirated the game should be banned permantly, if it wasn'y for people like that we wouldn' be paying £50 a game.

this was a game I was getting at launch but now im no so sure now that the joystick bundle doesnt seem to be coming to the uk, so I might wait and by the stick off ebay and then get the game but I still realy want this game.

I like how everyone is moaning that it doesn't come with halo 3.
This box is aimed at are serious halo fans, and what halo fan who would buy this box hasn't already preordered the legendary edition. So including the game would kind of be a waste of money, although I'm sure some stores will bundle it anyway.

Well in my opinion the GOTY should be a game that adds something new and innovative.
Therefore out of the 360 games coming out (since I don't really follow PS3 games in detail) will probaly be either Mass effect, because of the conversation system and overall quality of bioware games, or assassins creed, because of the huge environments and good gaming possibilities.

One thing that alot of people seem to miss is the fact that even if the 360 comes last in the "console war", the xbox market share will still be an awful lot bigger than it was.
So if the 3rd xbox can manage to solve the reliabilty side, and get a few more good, solid exclusives, I cant see any reason why they wont manage an equal market share as sony.
