From whats been released so far is they are targeting those who want to write documents or do simple tasks. So far it has nothing to do with being a full OS in terms of gaming performance.
PS I have a PS3, Bravia, iPhone, and I do love Windows 7.....I dont pick one company and just buy whatever they release. Whatever is good quality to me, ill buy it.

thats pretty sad, but their opinions and comments always makes me laugh when its obvious they havent read the article or no knowledge of what the comments imply...lol it happens a lot
Ive been using it in beta and RC with all the newer builds and it is turning into an awesome OS.....its fast, stable, reliable, and still pretty....much better then XP.....before anyone flips out, go try it and see for yourself....
BTW, the Google OS is for netbooks and those who just surf or write documents of that sort, its not a fully functional OS..

you do realize its just jobs lost, families struggle....etc....even if it has a gaming division....plus were in a recession, so its expected, but just the thought that there are people out there who want them to fail is really sad

downloading now!! im using windows 7 beta and its amazing...so im excited about this release! i loveeee using ubuntu....i think ill dual booth with ubuntu and windows 7 once its fully released

I was just thinking about the game details idea also.....it annoys me to join certain games when I didnt intend to.....so that would definitely be a great patch.
so hopefully they add a ton more, because it shouldnt be a big update just for badges and rank...right?
Im assuming it wouldnt need a lot of time...but im not a software developer, so we'll see!

.....windows is meant to work with almost any combination of hardware but macs only work for certain types of hardware....so windows does a good job for being diverse and mac does a good job for just a few type of hardware
