Hey MarioWarfare, Nintendo 3DS has lots of console ports and remakes like Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D and so many others but you never complained about them.

NGP's resolution is 960x544.
I think they are saying that you run 1080p PS3 Wipeout game in the lower NGP resolution with no or very minimal changes.
I'd rather wait to play Metal Gear HD collection. MGS3 will be in 1080p HD!
Edit: After watching the video the PS2 version still looks better than the 3DS version overall.
