I agree with DJ. What's the point in "upgrading" from XP when all you're really doing is downgrading pretty much.

I think Windows 7 will be good. Vista was a waste of time. I'm sure XP could last up until the Windows 7 release and I'm sure it will.

"Still Alive" from Portal is an amazing song! Haven't heard the Mirror's Edge version though. I didn't even though both games had the same theme song title.
I'm really looking forward to this game. Too bad the PC version is being delayed.
W@W will be cool but it's pretty much a "newer version of CoD2" if you ask me.
Not bad. It's definitely handy. I'd buy a Wii for my sister or girlfriend. Girls seem to love the Wii for some reason.

Even though it's old news, I bet most readers on here haven't even heard of a wall-socket PC. So it's still news nonetheless.
It's too bad that AMD is failing these days. Many people may remember when AMD was the recommended CPU for gaming. I like Intel a lot, don't get me wrong, but I got into computers when AMD was supreme so it's sad to see them suffer.
2007 was a good year but definitely not the best. 2008 will be supreme.
I'll probably grab either CoD:W@W, Far Cry 2 or Left4Dead. Maybe even all three.

I gotta give it up to Apple for having entertaining commercials. Microsoft tried and they got a tiny giggle out of me but lame for the most part.
I think Windows 7 will be fine. This was mentioned in another post that people are not going to get Windows 7 unless it's better than XP. If not, than they won't waste their time. That's how I'm going about it.
