I would assume that you would have to develop a game ona platform that would already have DX12 embedded into the system.
How would you develop a game that utilizes DX12 technology if it is not available on that system?

That's all well and good but it would be wrong to say that Sony wouldn't have updates to their development kits as well by that time.

Here's the deal with me with my PS Vita. I live in Lincoln, RI, and for thanksgiving, I went to my sister's house who lives in Blakcstone, MA, which is about 17 miles away. My PS4 is hooked up to a LAN Cable, and My sister has WI-FI in the house.
It took about 90 seconds for the Vita to locate my PS4, but once I did, I played AC4 for a good hour at least, with no issues.

Ryse will probably have the higher scores simply due to the graphical prowess of the game, but for those who loved to dump on Knack,really should take a step back now.
Knack was not promoted as the showpiece to the PS4 like Ryse has been to the XBOX One.

I was at a McDonalds this morning, about 12 miles away from home. Establishment had Wi-Fi, I had my Vita, so why not.
Took about 2 minutes for the Vita to find my PS4, but when it did, I booted up Resogun and got to play it with very little hassle
Larry should also realize that not only does the Vita work as a 2nd screen, but that same feature is available on the playstation app for smartphones and tablets

The big differences between the two titles, though, sir (or madam), is that Killzone will earn its money in Multiplayer, and when you consider that COD: Ghosts and BF 4 are only 4 hours in length for their campaign, Killzone being 10 hours is pretty damn good.

Heavenly sword was a little longer than 7.5 hours, and I absolutely loved it.
