wow ten years ago :) i was 16. i remember a friend let me borrow it for the weekend, so with so little time i passed it that weekend, played it non stop.
had GTA4 for the PS3 passed it, traded it in, my bro wanted my COD4 for PS3 so he traded me his GTA4 and i traded that in towards GEARS 2. GTA 4 is not all that great. id still rather play Vice City if my bro hadnt given it to our nephew once we got the PS3 :(
my xbox came close to freezing up earlier. almost turned it off at the source, but luckily everything started moving again.
ummm yeah even with the Lancer that sh!t happens. every time i die or i hear someone die its "" WTF!!" it has really cheapened the game. nothing but chainsaw kills is all i see pop up with the few exceptiosns of boom shots and mortar kills.
OK EPIC you got my money now please fix the mulitplayer bugs :( its insane that most of my deaths come from a chainsaw noob which runs at me while i shoot him with my shotty and has no effect. the campaign is amazing but the multiplayer is making me lose my patience.
the only DLC i care about is Song downloads for RB and GH. what happened to the days where you could just enter a cheat code to make your gun stronger or change the skin of a character( of course in games that allowed it) but now they want to charge for everything, its getting pretty ridiculous.

does anyone else feel like the multiplayer controls feel a bit floaty? it just feels way to light compared to the first game, somewhat dissapointed but still a good game.

im glad GEARS 2 is getting kick @ss reviews but " the pocket lint"really???? come on.
creating a level is not for the light hearted.....i have like 30 percent of the bar used up and that has taken me forever :) but if you dont want to create there is always the user created levels. just the other day i played a BATMAN level, that used images from the animated series, it was well done and fun.
it is casual if you are just looking to play the game not so much for creating levels plain and simple. :) either way kick @ss game.
