Fully agree with you. I was planning to buy this dlc, so my son and I could enjoy it using our own accounts. Now, I'm not sure. Willing to support PD but this is just crazy.

But, what is that price target? If they are realistic trying to have a lot of people buying the device they should be shooting on a US$ 250.00 (no 3G) to US$ 300.00 (3G - no contract). Price is the key here.......NGP might be more advance than 3DS, but Nintendo's fan base is huge. So, you have to consider that and for some the 3D screen will be a important factor while comparing/purchasing a unit. I hope, they remember what happened with the Wii.

Why can we have both? I mean, you purchase the PS3 version of a game that includes the NGP version too. You can play the game at home and when you have to leave, you can pick it up from where you leave it at your PS3. If indeed you will have 3G connection, you can continue playing online in your NGP with full access to the PSN.
Of course, I would like to see also fully developed games exclusively for the NGP.

Your assumption is incorrect. I purchased a lot of stuff and my kids (sub accounts) were able to use it. So, at least for me this is an issue. Might not be your case, so good for you.
