Yar well they weren't even available on the 9th as it said in the UK so I waited until last night to retry and got bammed with the 20th dispatch date. Disappointed cos you know that won't arrive before Christmas!
Yeah I understand what you're saying but my 4S cost me £200 flat. I sold my 4 for £300.
And it's a phone I will use every day. If I use my Vita every day then I would agree it was worthwhile, but atm it probably wouldn't be!
Have to agree, this is gonna be a huge investment which is better left until it gathers some speed.
I have a 3DS and an iPhone 4S so my portable gaming is just dandy atm. I would like to add the Vita to my arsenal but at £275+ with one game I can't see the point for now. A few months down the line and maybe a price drop I think I'll get it anyway :)

Think the pad is the better choice as I can then game on all my devices wherever :)
Yeah it looks superb. I can't decide whether to order the controller to use with my Mac or buy the whole home console unit for £27 more. Only thing is I don't think I could then use the same controller with my Mac (I read the two controllers are different).

I've been involved in the beta for a few weeks and it's the best dashboard to date by a mile. So much snappier and easier to navigate to the important things...
Also, with the new TV support/app support it really is making PSN look dated, although I can't help but think they are adding all these new features in line with their 'media' approach to the new Xbox in the next year or so..

Ordered my daughter this in a blue Wii bundle that comes out in a couple of weeks - hopefully she enjoys it.
At the end of the day, we are 6 years into this gen so the game looks great still none the less. I am DESPERATE for the next PlayStation and Xbox though.. PC is screaming away with the wow factor now.
Game looks stunning, far better than GT5, and doesn't have any of the screen tearing shite that GT has on most tracks.

iOS games are more complex with better graphics than 3DS. The next handheld jump is Vita and even that will be over shadowed by mobile devices within a year of launch. I'm still gonna get one though cos I'm still crying over the money wasted on my launch 3DS and games.

No, you're right. It blocks the consoles MAC address and serial number from accessing Live so you would need a new system.
