You're missing the point, the point is not that the X1 cant do any 1080/60 games but rather that there are going to be alot of PS4 games that'll run at 1080/60 on the PS4 that wont on the X1. And please stop using Forza as a example, that game is really poor example. Its very aliased and has very low poly count. Barely next gen at all
You cant be that ignorant can you? the PS4 version has a higher average framerate of 50fps vs 30 (which drops to 18fps). The X1 cut-scenes run at 900p instead of 1080p like the PS4's. The X1 version has got reduced levels of anisotropic filtering, lower-resolution textures in places and lower-quality depth of field in cut-scenes. You're eyes are lying to you.

No , what these means is that the PS4 memory management is MUCH more efficient and faster than X1's. Where the X1 has to deal with inefficient copies and transfers of memory the PS4 doesnt. This is more better than the way the X1 handles memory and thats not even taking into account the fact that the PS4 handles memory much faster than the X1 (176gb's vs 68gb).
