actually they got access to the developer PSN not admin accounts(i think) where everything on the PS store is free
the dev PSN is usually only avaliable to "test ps3's"
but they used a rebug Firmware that let them connect to it with a retail PS3
they're probs just trying to get the hacked ps3's off the dev psn
