It doesnt matter how big installs on the ps3 are vs 360, it doesn't matter that you can play info off an external drive with the ps3 without copying it to the hdd. the easiest way to differentiate it would be to write a story for the game. Don't get me wrong I loved playing the first Gears, it was action packed and innovative. Oddly enough I was just thinking about this as I finally got my Plat. for the game. Nathan Fillion was the first name that came up for me. Trim his hair a little shorter and he'd be a great fit!
I also just read the suggestion of Ryan Reynolds. He could also be a great choice; he's funny but has a tendency to take it over the top. Keep him in check it might work.

for me is that we the consumers will still buy these things. When they work its a great system, when they don't it tends to be one problem after another (like mine, 2 red lights frequently, unable to connect online though the other 2 console go without a hitch, constant freezing while not online, etc...) Get serious Gamespot is about as credible as Gametrailers; both are completely full of garbage. If they were in print they would be called "rags" just like national enquirer whose only real value is to wipe up messes off the floor. In this case they aren't even reliable enough to do that. I don't see how this would surprise anyone. Its the same as exclusive games; you won't see Uncharted on a 360 anymore than Gears of War on a PS3. Or a Bluray player on the 360 for that matter. Its business.
