did you not read what was written? they signed a ten year contract. let me emphasize ten, which is not three
i feel pretty ripped off after buying my 360, i bought it with the assumption of a promise of games for it. what am i getting? well im getting a lot of games for my ps3. good luck microsoft i hope you impress me at e3, if not my x360s getting sold back to gamestop!
its actually just about a tie as they got their numbers from vgchartz and are just about within the realm of a statistical tie. week 4 sold more than week 3 so we'll likely be seeing some high numbers for a while.
also, it seems that killzone 3 will have late adopters as kz2 sold ~750k first day while kz3 sold ~600k first day.
by week 5 kz2 was at about 50k sales/week while kz3 will continue with up to 150k sales/week if current trends hold.

confirmed: microsoft trying to throw as much shovelware into the market as possible
i hope they make money, because theyre loosing a lot of potential dollars by not developing for the core audience that have supported them up until now
thats bs, i already think 60$ is too much for a lot of the games that i buy, yet they want more money so i can access the second half of the game?!
pretty soon 60$ is going to be the cost to get to the title scree. the title screen will have a nice box where i can purchase level 1 for 10$. after beating level one i get to purchase level 2 for 10$, and so on until ive beaten the game.
greedy god damn isps, i hate them. if they cant make profit by selling you x amount of bandwidth at cost y, then they need to change their method, not restrict what some people do. p2p isnt a pirate only thing, i use it at school for large files that i need to sync between my home and lab and this kind of thing pisses me off.
i pay for a 10 mb connect and i want a 10 mb connection, not a 10 mb 'sometimes' connection
it was kinda funny, reminded me a bit of the colbert report
ya dang, need to put australia in the title, those are horrible deals for anyone outside au lol
sylvester stallone is lol
when a game is packed with dlc from release i buy the game used later on and see what happens with the dlc. i hate when i buy a game for 60$ pop it in and im running around killing things and then i get to some npc or something that opens up playstation store for me to buy dlc to continue. no thanks, ill have to pass
and thats how you know that your most recent game isnt as good as the game you released last year
im ready for some good stories to come my way, boobies or not. just give me a story that isnt retardedly simplified along with some good gameplay and ill be happy
lol you put up a picture of killzone, which i dont think its very buggy at all. rather they are listening to player feedback and changing it so people like it more. GG experiments with things in their games instead of being a cod clone, the players asked them to take some of it out (like running into bodies) and they did, thats good development, not bad.
you should have a picture of fallout: NV on there, now thats a game that had some problems. raining cows and the like
touching the screen as the main input mechanism? no thanks ill pass
dang i cant believe someone could scruntch down the 30ish exclusives that ps3 getting down to 5 games (and leave infamous2, socom4 and sorcerery out of the list!) though the games he picked do look pretty good
i dont know what this guy is smoking, the only reason cross platform isnt happening is because microsofts xbox live prevents it from happening. live is closed, theres no getting in or out of it.
psn is open, there are no barriers, if a developer wants to go multiplatform with their online they can (with the most recent example being portal 2).
i assume wii titles can go multiplatform as well if a developer wanted it enough, but the problem there is that all o...
i wish the killzone 3 maps had operations in them also, i love operation in mulitplayer... :)
i wouldnt mind playing on my computer but i my job is computers, i spend a lot of time on them and while i do enjoy them a lot, i like to mostly play my games sitting on my couch with a controller.
i wish they would port over to console :(
it seems like this is more geared towards the ngp. some ps3 games have horrible save data management, taking a 2-3 mb/save. ps3 has had the luxury of a good size hdd in every model released so developers never had to worry about the size of games. with ngp there will be no space to save your games on the hardware, you save on cartridge or on the cloud.
though the cloud saving feature is very nice for ps3 games, its not a necessity
this commercial makes me want to buy the game, pretty funny lol. looks fun
