So tell me in 2019 what do think the PS5 will be? 7 teraflops? you know that right now on the market the best cards reach 11 or 12 teraflops and even AMD is will launch this year a card about 12 or 13 teraflops. And by the end of the year overclocked versions will reach even higher performance.
What do you think will happend two years later? If a upgrade the PS4 went from 1.84 to 4.2. Then the PS5 in 2019 will be 7 or 8 teraflop machine?

The PS5 should only be available when good and cheap new tech will be on the market. It will not be in 2018, but i have no doubt that in 2019 the jump on tech will allow them to build a amazing machine at 399.
The hype about the PS5 will start at 2018 and the launch will be in 2019 with somekind of custom rysen with 16 cores and a powerfull custom GPU with something between 16 and 20 teraflops. It will be 4 or 5 times mores powerfull then the Pro. The usual evolution.

Im a console gamer, but im not blind and never will console gaming reach near the graphical level of a gaming pc. The Money diference is huge and a average gamer cant pay 1500 or 2000 for a gaming PC

Going 60 frames and getting DC graphics and real time weather isnt possible with crappy jag CPU. Maybe next gen.
This Setup is really a beast. 22.6 teraflops of powers from the GPU to reach 8k. Amazing stuff. 16 times 1080p! Crazy power!!!!!
Again the real diference between the Pro and the Scorpio wont be big. That would only happend with combo rysen and Vega. It will be funny to see in the end of 2017, when the scorpio comes out, the comments here.
I think many are thinking the diference is between the original PS4 and the Scorpio. That the scorpio is 3 or 4 times more powerfull then the PRO.

Your argument is flawed. the Switch isnt playing tier PS4 games.
The Switch got zero big 3rd party games.
Largest firts party games? again in what earth? are you counting wii u games versions, because until now they got zero exclusives games made for the Switch.
The first one will be Arms and again its something not really on PS4 tier.

Of course it isnt. It would be hard to do that on 2018 with a 399 price tag, but at 2019 not really. In term of GPU its very easy, ram also, but what i really want to know is how will sony try to overcame the big problem of this gen, the crappy JAG CPU, without any kind of secret sauce/PR.
AMD got the rysen, but for gaming are they really much better then the JAG? i really dont know.
