Microsoft could have used the billions spent on the scorpio to build or buy studios and next gen they would have a bigger library then the Forza halo and Gears (triple AAA, system sellers) and really get the marketshare from Sony.

Look Substantially Better to Xbox One games, no doubt about it. Going from 900p in so many games to 4k is a huge jump. To the rivals the jump is much lower.

Its not counter the Scorpio, lol, is just to increase sales. Something normal on consoles. The PRO is not a expensive console to make, sony was also smart there. The PS4 and PRo will have this year a cut in price.
