Its the jag CPU no matter what other says. This kind of CPU was never a good choice for 4k. And 6 teraflop isnt alot for 4k gaming. On big titles it will be very difficult to get there.
It would take time from Studios to get there and time is something that 3rd party wont waste on new games, much less old games.
But it helps by how much? this is something new. The question is how much can it help. Should next gen GPU apply this.

We see more and more GPU with this FP16 and FP32 power levels on their specs. So this must be something for the future.
They didnt prioritized nothing, they just did the colossal job of porting the game for the switch. This isnt a cartony game or cell shaded. Lets hope they can lock 30 frames.

Dude, the CELL CPU from the PS3 is more powerfull then the jag. PS3 CELL 180 GFLOPS, PS4's CPU is at 100....
The jag CPU isnt even good for 1080p gaming and much less for 4k. Its the weakest spot of consoles this gen.
Last gen was the huge lack of ram on both consoles. This gen is the CPU.
