The raw power for racing games its not the same like fps or rpg. 4k racing will be possible even without 8 teraflops
Its a racing game and racing games without real time weather or other stuff will be able to run at 4k on the Pro.
Like others racing games can run at 1080/60. Racing games are less demanding then other genre, except when the studio want to go further and try all effects at real time and not the baked lignthing, shadows and others.
I dont understand what is the surprise of some. If an underpowered console can run a racing game at 1080/60 why cant another ...

Dude, the only chance that the Scorpio had to have a huge impact was to launch 10 november and Microsoft got another year until sony launched the PRO. Because they would have a year to sell more machine like the 360.
Being first and with amazing price will give Sony another huge gap.
