How can you say halo 3 "owned" killzone when it came out 2 years earlier with virtually not heavy competition like cod4 or cod5....
Thats like saying 2 people are racing and 1 person got a huge headstart and winning against the other person but saying the other person got owned? I don't undertstand that fanboy logic...
Don't be another fox and go and bash the game and not have even played. First of all the game punishes you for "raping" your victims so its not like its saying "OOOO GO RAPE ALL TEH WOMENS MUAHAHAHAH!!!" No the game actually has a story and a plot. Yes the game does feature rape but its only rape for a few mins.
I would like to address how this game is any worse than some of our best selling games. In GTA is killing half the people in the story line justified?...
If you don't like it don't buy or Dl it. Its as simple as that. I can guarantee your best friend or neighbor or maybe even Boss has this game. People have sick and twisted fantasies. What better way to act it out on a game rather than on a real person.

This is why they don't need a pricecut....There already making a profit off the ps3....I mean think about it....I'd rather make it cost less to make but still sell at a high pricepoint...instead of lowering the cost because im all honest. I always enjoyed the SC books as they were always a good read. Jim raynor has to be one of my fav characters as he seems simple on the outside but so much more complex. Can't wait to read this.
I loved KZ2. Everything about was good. I actually cared what happened to Sev..(I wanted Rico to die) But other then that it had a good story....It was sad to see templar die :(....I also think the story was lost on alot of people as you needed to play the first 1 to really feel engaged in the story....(Just like Halo) But seriously Guerilla supported this game well with Map packs and the extra juicy updates. I'd rather them car surf and kill themselves then rather them go all emo bezerker and shootup a mall. There may be some fanboy comments in here but its not like 360 fanboys are any better. Honestly I don't remeber the exact parts i used as....it was around 9-10 years ago....The person I built it for has moved to different state and of course I rarely talk to them but next time they ask me any tech savvy stuff I'll ask them.
But back on topic Mechwarrior should really stay a PC game. I am just hoping that they don't lessen the quality of the PC game by having to dev for a console. Thats all. I want this game to be the best it can be not held back by a limited conso...
@Driv welll I think the atlas was destroyed just from the Warhammer from going critical....Plus mechwarrior has more of that tactical feel in that you can't just dip and dodge everything. You have to use the environment and your allies to corner,flank, and eventually overrun/destroy the enemy. Although i have to agree chromehounds was a sleeper hit for the 360 a great game from what I have played....Not MW but still a great game.

Mw4 is abit hazy. But I still have Mw3...Yeah it would basically be a slugfest of which mech could outgun there other but thats only the heavy mechs. Like for instance the 2 mechs shown were a Thor (fav mech imo) and an atlas....Both of em are heavy mechs and usually the stronger more heavily armored mechs. The other mech they showed. The firefly.... had no arms and had a jetpack thats more of a scouting mech and not ment for combat. But basically for the PC version it would be your mech and...
This game will phail for 360....None of those kids on XBL have any idea the history of this game or the impact it ensues. Both mechwarriors for the xbox phailed. Mechwarrior is a PC centric game. The combination of hotkeys and weapon settings and such. If this game is anything like MW3...or 4 I will scream with joy. I just hope that the console version doesn't hold it back in anyway.
But yeah I see what your saying. Instead of good or bad....Give us a choice such as good bad nuetral sligtly bad slightly nuetral or atleast have more variables in the equation of what may or can happen. Especially in games today they give you choices but they never really have a truly lasting and game changing affect.
If its ME no biggee as I already have it for PC....Although GTA episodes would be nice.....

No ones denying halo isn't a decent game but cmon it already had a few million lead due to the massive marketing and the established franchise. So that 1 month was a pretty big headstart.
