He's saying one thing and meaning another. He's speaking at an indie developer conference and saying "Hey guys, look, you can sign with us, and we won't lock you down". Knowing full well most indie developers just want to make a good game and/or don't have the resources to develop for more than a couple of platforms at the same time.
Yeah Yeah I found the link in the story. N4G doesn't allow edits. Still regurgitating obvious and old information. Using a loaded title.
As long as it's not obscenely expensive or there's cross-buy, I'll pick this up for sure. The Vita version is coming too right?
This is fishing at it's finest!
Buyouts is a nice word. It has negative connotations, after all. The article doesn't provide a source. And it's information we knew already.
Good Job Shacknews writer responsible for this article!
The F2P stuff Sony puts out usually isn't half bad. I'm hyped for another Vita game.
The main source article is great in itself. Save yourself a few clicks over the next couple of days and just read it in full.
I either don't know what you're trying to say, or you're flat out wrong. PS Vita franchises need to stay on the Vita so that it can have great exclusives. The Vita doesn't specifically need port downs, it needs good games. And Sony isn't abandoning the Vita. There's no signs of it happening.
Everything is a business strategy. But it's the way a company presents itself and how the company interacts with it's customers that make it just a little bit more. If you listen to Shahid's Eurogamer presentation he talks about how Sony is putting it's executives face to face up to their customers, and how that builds a brand and better customers. You can take the cynical route but, you get to a certain level and their are genuine people who absolutely have to put trust in th...
Are you very specifically talking about the scholarship? Because it's been going on for ten years. Or are you talking about their PR stance and business choices recently? Or did you very specifically pick 10 years? I'm just confused.
My hands are not asymetrical. Why would my controller be? Besides the fact that if they ever changed it they would be burned from here to the end of time.
I didn't think people would hate it that much. Especially considering how often people might roam with some stupidly generic character. I had a good experience with it but then again I very much so based it on my real life parents, and came away with someone that looked close enough like me that I was happy.
Now the skills settings... those were a damn mess. Skills determine your outfit? Blagh.
That Vita one is the best.
Sony's locking down everything. From small to large. Good job.
Vita Version Please. Please Kickstart it just a little bit more !!
Is it just me, or did the Octodad Hype die down? Or is everyone just collectively waiting for it to release at this point?
If you look at the roadmaps from a few years back this should be hitting somewhere around 2015.
Maybe CoH or other RTS may start making their console debuts?
My Vita has pulled down the most play time in 2012 and 2013 out of any consoles I've owned since 2006. I buy games I'm not even interested in, just so I can play another game on my Vita.
This just in, Upscaling to 1080p = Full HD.
War Thunder, is actually going to have ground combat too. In the form of Tanks. Yes...
