If anyone hasn't noticed, these gaming consoles are huge hitters for both MS and Sony. Sony won a format war and we don't know what they are aiming for next gen. And MS wants to replace every cable box in the nation. Sheer genius. They could easily get 100Mil+ units into homes this way. And at ~50$ profit per unit and ~50$ Xbox Live subscriptions, that's Billions of dollars a year. Of course, those 100 Million people won't all be gamers but, at this point MS isn't looking ...
You can buy a studio, just not the people in it. Sony lost something special here but, as long as they keep the same quality ( or higher ) level of games, I don't care how it's delivered to us.
I bought my first XBL subscription ( 3 month ) since last Summer for this summer lineup! Looking forward to Dust and Hybrid.
After Video :
Wait.... why was there only 3 exclusives and a Kinect game? And Tony HD? 5 games?
I had my closest clan and best online friends on Metal Gear Online. For me, everything was perfect and it carries MANY great memories. The only thing I didn't like was that some people were the " Final Destination Only " equivilant of maps and game modes. If anything brought it down, it was the slight elitism of some/most members in the last 2 years.
Of course it'll replace your cable box. When the networks require you purchase TV service as authentication. Then they won't have any problems with it. Just like Hulu right now.
Because people don't trust ND for some reason?
I don't think he was dodging any questions.
It would just be another fighting, driving, shooting game.
Wipeout registers as $20 on the US Walmart site. I'm reserving it for pickup for tomorrow :). Definitely going to check up on MLB and Unit 13 while I'm there.
NEVER, buy anything before E3.
It was amazing how this game instilled fear into my 10 year old heart. I played it so often I nearly did an under 2 hour run. I was a playthrough away from doing it until I lost it.
Looks a bit rigid. But great. Can't wait for more.
Being designed by the Japanesse teams and coded by Americans teams. Best of both world right here. Now, to be patient.
Microsoft killed the first Xbox faster than you could say Xbox360. They may very well do the same thing again.
In the case of a first iteration of a Playstation branded brawler. The more, the better.
Have fun doing those funky
Left + Right + Left-Down
Combos, on a touch pad.
We'll probably just end up abbreviating it to "All Stars"
Valve would never want console gaming dead. Tons of PC stuff is ports and killing off " The Big 3 " is the same as making gaming crash. So no, nobody wants anybody dead.
Otherwise, he doesn't have a point. He's just complaining about something that isn't actually true. It's a bad article.
Wow. The 3 most locked forward to games in there come out in August. Agh!
